Rishikesh, 21 March 2025 – “Good health is fundamental to human aspirations,” stated Sh. R. K. In a significant move, THDCIL has facilitated the installation of a state-of-the-art ZEISS EXTARO 300 surgical microscope at Vivekanand Netralya, Dehradun. The cutting-edge equipment is expected to enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes, particularly benefiting underserved communities in Uttarakhand’s hilly areas.
As part of its CSR initiative ‘THDC Niramaya,’ THDCIL has been actively working to improve healthcare accessibility by operating allopathic and homeopathic dispensaries, organizing health camps, supporting telemedicine services, and providing critical medical equipment to institutions serving economically weaker sections.
The new surgical microscope was inaugurated by Sh.
