SBI, Delhi E-Inaugurated of 401 New CSP Outlets on the Eve of Gandhi Jayanti

New Delhi : On the occasion of 151st Gandhi Jayanti, State Bank of India, New Delhi Circle has opened 401 new CSP Outlets- Customer Service Centre with the objective of increasing the bank’s reach to every last person.
The 401 CSP outlets were inaugurated by Shri Sanjeev Nautiyal, Deputy Managing Director (FI-MM) in the presence of Shri Vijuy Ronjan, Chief General Manager (CGM),New Delhi through virtual meeting. Newly opened CSPs outlets consists of 75 outlets in Uttarakhand, 170 in Western UP and 156 in Delhi NCR. These centres will be providing Banking facilities with special focus on opening of new accounts, passbook printing, remittance and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana and Atal pension Yojana along with cash deposits and withdrawals.With the opening of these 401 new centres, banking facility will be readily available to residents of remote and inaccessible areas and will also facilitate employment generation.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Nautiyal, wished the CSPs on becoming a part of State Bank of India and apprised them of their greater responsibility of extending the benefits of SBI’s kiosk banking, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana and social security scheme to the common man as they are the face of State Bank of India. During the e-inauguration, Shri Ronjan also congratulated all the CSPs and wished them success for their future endeavors. General Manager Shri Sriram Iyer highlighted the appreciable work done by bank mitra-customer service points in providing banking facility, Rupay card as well as social security scheme, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana (PMJJY) and Atal pension Yojana to every Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana account holder.
