New Delhi: – On 74th Independence Day, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, New Delhi celebrated the day by hoisting the National flag and singing of the National Anthem in the presence of Sh. Vijuy Ronjan, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, New Delhi. Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Ronjan addressed the staff members and remembered the heroes who had sacrificed their lives for the Nation. He also motivated staff by highlighting the formation of SBI through the Constitution Act and appreciated the outstanding work done by the staff members during the pandemic COVID-19. Further, Sh. Ronjan encouraged the staff members to follow the Nation’s vision of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ and to adapt Swadesi.
Sh. Abhay Kishore Pandey, General Manager, Network-1, Sh. Prabhat Kumar Mishra, General Manager, Network-2, Sh Sriram P Iyer, General Manager, FIMM along with other senior officers and staff members were present on the occasion. On the occasion, the security and housekeeping staff members who have done courageous work were felicitated. Traditional delicacies and sweets were also distributed amongst the staff members as part of Independence Day Celebration.
