RECPDCL Transfers Pachora Power Transmission SPV to G R Infraprojects Pvt Ltd for Inter-State Transmission Project

Gurugram, 15th February : REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a subsidiary of REC Limited, has transferred the Pachora Power Transmission Limited Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to G R Infraprojects Private Limited for the Inter-State Transmission Project in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
The SPV was formed through a Tariff-based Competitive Bidding process, aiming to evacuate power from a 1000 MW Renewable Energy (RE) project in the Rajgarh SEZ, Phase II.
The handover ceremony, attended by senior officials from RECPDCL and representatives from Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (CTUIL), marked a crucial milestone in supporting the growth of renewable power reforms.
Shri Rajesh Kumar, CEO of RECPDCL, highlighted the organization’s dedication to meeting the country’s electricity demand through noble missions like the Tariff-based Competitive Bidding for transmission system development, aligning with the vision of the Power Minister and Secretary Power.
