RECPDCL Transfers NERGS-I to Techno Electric

Gurugram : In a groundbreaking move, REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has officially transferred ownership of NERGS-I Power Transmission Limited to Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited. This strategic transfer marks a significant milestone in the power transmission sector, paving the way for improved infrastructure and enhanced power supply in Assam.

Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited emerged as the preferred partner through a rigorous competitive bidding process.

“Upgrading Power Infrastructure for Enhanced Reliability”

The project involves the construction of a new 400 kV substation at Bokajan in Assam and the loop-in and loop-out of both circuits of the Misa – New Mariani 400 kV D/c line. This upgrade will significantly boost power transmission efficiency and reliability in the region.
