Delhi University Offers Special Exam Opportunity to Students Affected During Operation Sindoor

New Delhi, July 1, 2025 — Delhi University (DU) has announced a special provision for students who were unable to appear for their examinations due to Operation Sindoor. The initiative aims to support those who missed their exams held on May 13, 14, and 15, 2025, due to unavoidable circumstances during the operation.

According to Professor Gurpreet Singh Tuteja, Controller of Examinations at DU, affected students will be allowed to reappear for the missed exams, provided they follow the university’s prescribed procedure. Eligible students are required to fill out a Google Form to register for the special examination. This form is applicable only to those who were absent on the mentioned dates due to the impact of Operation Sindoor. In addition, applicants must submit documentary proof confirming their inability to reach Delhi during that period.

The provision is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in the academic session 2024–25. The deadline to submit the Google Form is July 10, 2025 (Thursday) by 11:59 PM. Students can access the form through the following link:
