New Delhi: 19 Dec.2023, NTPC Group achieves a record-breaking 300 Billion Units (BU) of electricity generation in FY 2023-24, marking a significant milestone achieved 18 days ahead of the previous fiscal year.
This accomplishment reflects NTPC’s dedication to delivering reliable power. With 74 GW installed capacity and 18 GW under construction, NTPC aims to reach 60 GW Renewable Energy capacity by 2032.
The company also expands into e-mobility, Waste-to-Energy, Green Hydrogen solutions, and power distribution bids for Union Territories. As India’s largest integrated power utility, NTPC contributes 1/4th of the country’s power needs, embracing clean energy for a sustainable future.
