Mumbai, March 27, 2025: NHPC, a Navratna PSU, has been honored with the CII HR Excellence Award 2024-25, recognizing its strong commitment to HR excellence.
The award was received by Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC) at the 15th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence in Mumbai. He also participated as a panelist in a discussion on technology-driven learning, where his insights were well received.
Additionally, Shri Atul Bhargava, DGM (HR), NHPC, was felicitated by CII for his role as an Assessor for the HR Excellence Award.
This achievement further strengthens NHPC’s position as a leader in HR innovation and best practices.
