New Delhi: An ‘Appreciation Prize’ in Group ‘A’ category of the National Painting Competition on Energy Conservation 2023 was secured by Master Awaiz Alam, a participant from the NHPC-organized State Level Painting Competition. Held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, on National Energy Conservation Day, 14.12.2023.
The award was presented by Union Minister of Power, Shri R.K. Singh. The talent and awareness displayed by Master Awaiz Alam were acknowledged in the presence of esteemed guests, including the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu.
NHPC had previously organized state-level competitions in various regions, including Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Madhya Pradesh through NHDC Limited.
