Faridabad: On August 1st, 2023, NHPC Limited and Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding at NHPC Corporate Office in Faridabad. This agreement was made under NHPC’s CSR initiative. The signing was attended by the Group Dy. General Manager (HR), CSR&SD, NHPC, the General Manager-Marketing, ALIMCO, and Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC.
The MoU aims to provide CSR support for the distribution of aids and assistive devices to approximately 1000 Divyangjans living near NHPC Projects in the North and North Eastern states. Additionally, the event was attended by the Executive Director (CSR & SD), senior officers from NHPC CSR&SD Division, and ALIMCO.
