New Delhi: In a significant move to promote India’s vibrant handicrafts sector, the state-of-the-art International Crafts Complex was visited by Minister of Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh, at Vasant Kunj. Constructed by NBCC, this pioneering facility is set to empower artisans and craftsmen from across India and the globe.
The complex, a first-of-its-kind initiative, embodies the government’s vision of “Vasudhev Kutumbakam,” promoting cultural exchange and unity. Senior officials, including Ms. Amrit Raj, Development Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, and NBCC officials, Sh. KPM Swamy, CMD, Sh. Saleem Ahmed, Director, and Sh. Mudit Bhatnagar, CGM, were present at the launch.
