NBCC CMD Reaffirms Commitment to Gender Inclusion on International Women’s Day
New Delhi – NBCC (India) Limited Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy reaffirmed the company’s commitment to gender equality and an inclusive workplace on the occasion of International Women’s Day. A grand event was organized at the Convention Centre, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi, celebrating the contributions of women in the organization.
During the ceremony, senior NBCC employee Mrs. Rashmi Wadhwa was honored for over 30 years of dedicated service. CMD Shri Mahadevaswamy appreciated her invaluable contribution, presented a memento, and expressed gratitude for the dedication and hard work of all female employees.
The event was graced by Hon’ble Justice Mini Pushkarna as the Chief Guest, adding prestige to the celebration. The program featured musical performances, a painting competition, dance shows, and other cultural activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
