Once the report is received, the NBCC team will swiftly demolish the existing apartments and commence the reconstruction work.

The residents of Gurugram’s Green View Sector 37D met with the NBCC management and demanded the prompt construction of flats as well as an increase in the rent amount, During the meeting, the residents expressed their concerns about the delay in obtaining possession of their flats, which has caused them significant inconvenience. They requested that the NBCC management expedite the process of handing over the flats to them as soon as possible.
