Shri Mahadevaswamy highlighted to the Hon’ble President that the design of Kaushal Bhawan has been crafted to accommodate and support existing trees, with an 80-year-old majestic banyan tree as the focal point, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings.

Environmental consciousness extends further with LED lights and automatic occupancy sensors throughout the premises, ensuring energy efficiency by turning off lights in unoccupied areas. The building also addresses employee well-being, offering facilities such as a gym, yoga space, and a crèche.

Kaushal Bhawan places a strong emphasis on water management, incorporating a rainwater harvesting plant with a capacity of 55 m3, promoting sustainable water practices within the building.
