IndianOil Launches First Export of XP100 to Sri Lanka

New Delhi: IndianOil has achieved a notable milestone by exporting its inaugural batch of XP100, a 100 octane premium fuel, from Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) in Navi Mumbai. Aimed at high-end vehicles, XP100 promises to deliver enhanced performance to its new market in Sri Lanka.
Marking this achievement, Mr. V. Satish Kumar, Director (Marketing), IndianOil, said, “This is a significant occasion as we expand our premium product reach to Sri Lanka.” This is the third international venture for IndianOil, reinforcing its global ambitions and product quality.
Mr. Sujoy Choudhary, Director (Planning & Business Development) and Chairman, Lanka IOC, remarked, “Flagging off XP100 to Sri Lanka is a historic moment.
We have planned extensive promotional strategies to ensure its market success.”
XP100, India’s first domestically developed 100 octane petrol using Octamax Technology, enhances vehicle performance, acceleration, and fuel economy while minimizing emissions and engine deposits.
The launch event was attended by Mr. Girish Thomas, GM (Traffic), JNPA, and representatives from Lanka IOC, IndianOil, and port authorities.
