New Delhi, October 22, 2024, Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) today presented a cheque of Rs. 397.88 crore to the Government of India as final dividend payment for the financial year 2024. The cheque was handed over to the Hon’ble Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs.
This significant payout underscores HUDCO’s financial performance and commitment to contributing to the government’s revenue. As a leading techno-financial PSU in housing and urban infrastructure, HUDCO has consistently demonstrated robust financial growth.
In previous years, HUDCO made notable dividend payouts, including Rs. 435.41 crore for FY 2020-21 ¹ and Rs. 620.59 crore for FY 2019-20 . The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, with a 61.08% stake, and the Ministry of Rural Development, with 20.73%, are significant beneficiaries.
