New Delhi, March 8, 2025: Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) celebrated International Women’s Day at its Gurugram Office Complex with enthusiasm, aligning with this year’s theme, #AccelerateAction. The event was attended by C&MD Ms. Vartika Shukla, along with Directors and Senior Officials, reaffirming the company’s commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace.
A series of engaging activities were organized to mark the occasion. Competitions such as flower arrangement, non-fire cooking for male employees, digital poster making, and a Stepathon saw enthusiastic participation. A Flameless Cooking Show, conducted in collaboration with Fortis Hospitals, was showcased, promoting quick and healthy recipes.
The Talent Unlimited initiative was also highlighted, featuring employee vlogs that reflected their passions beyond work. Additionally, the formation of interest-based clubs—including dance, music, and fitness—was announced, encouraging employees to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Through these initiatives, EIL reinforced its dedication to fostering an inclusive work environment, celebrating the contributions of women in the workplace.
