Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has achieved significant milestones with its #SilentVoices Initiative, dedicated to empowering differently-abled individuals.
Launched on India’s 77th Independence Day, the initiative successfully integrated over 100 Fuel Stations across India with differently-abled employees in just three months. BPCL solidified its commitment by signing two crucial MOUs on December 29, 2023.
The first with Sarthak Educational Trust focuses on cultivating talent through inclusivity, emphasizing skill development for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The second MOU, with DiverseUs Society Trust, highlights BPCL’s dedication to diversity and inclusion, aiming to celebrate differences and provide equal opportunities.
The formalization ceremony, attended by Shri Rahul Tandon and representatives from both trusts, showcased BPCL’s commitment to social responsibility. The #SilentVoices Initiative exemplifies BPCL’s leadership in fostering an inclusive work environment, with ongoing dedication to a brighter and equitable future.
