Emphasize on SBI’s Corporate Values of Service, Transparency-SBI CHAIRMAN

Dated 21/12/2019, Saturday:  As part of initiative taken by Chairman SBI, to conduct Townhall meetings with Staff at different places across the country.  SBI, New Delhi Circle which comprises of geographical regions of Delhi, Western U.P, Uttarakhand and parts of Haryana ,  organized a Town Hall Meeting for its staff members with Shri Rajnish Kumar, Chairman SBI on 21/12/2019.  The meeting was held at the Constitution Club, Delhi, with participation of Shri. Vijuy Ronjan CGM, SBI New Delhi Circle along with more than 700 staff from Delhi- NCR Branches and SBI administrative offices.

The meeting started with a welcome message by Shri. Shriram Iyer, General Manager, Network -4, and further with Shri Ronjan informing SBI Chairman, the initiatives taken by New Delhi Circle to enhance customer experiences and to reduce customer grievances.  The Chief General Manager said that his team would put their best to meet customer expectations in line with Organizational goals.

 Shri Rajnish Kumar, Chairman SBI, through his motivational message advised staff to emphasize on SBI’s Corporate Values of Service, Transparency, Ethics, Politeness and Sustainability, to improve customer Banking experience.  Subsequently, an interactive session was held, where the staff members shared their experiences and recommended suggestions which were noted by Shri Rajnish Kumar and Shri Vijuy Ronjan, for examination and further implementation at Bank level.  In the end, the Shri Barkat Ali, General Manager Network 2, thanked SBI Chairman for his initiative of meeting with staff members to identify needed change in improving Banking Experience for customer.
