An Exhibition-cum-Outreach Program Sauhard 2.0 was organised by SJVN at Corporate Head Quarters, Shimla. Visionary Chairman & Managing Director SJVN, Sh. Nand Lal Sharma initiated an innovative concept – My Social Responsibility (MSR), for reaching out to a marginalised section of the society. Under MSR, ‘Sauhard 2.0’ an exhibition cum outreach program aims at distribution of items voluntarily donated by employees of SJVN to the low-income outsourced workers deployed by various contractors in SJVN. 
In the challenging circumstances arisen due to COVID-19, Sh. Nand Lal Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director SJVN distributed these items through Lucky Draw in the presence of Sh. R.K. Bansal Director (Electrical), Smt. Geeta Kapur Director (Personnel), Sh. S.P. Bansal Director (Civil), Sh. A.K. Singh Director (Finance) & other senior officers of SJVN. More than 200 mementoes donated by employees were displayed in an exhibition at Multipurpose Hall, Shakti Sadan, SJVN Corporate Headquarters, Shimla. Adhering to norms of social distancing, floor wise timeslots were allotted to the employees to visit the exhibition.
Earlier, in the month of December 2019, Sauhard 1.0 was organised under My Social Responsibility (MSR) wherein more than 140 mementoes received by Sh. Nand Lal Sharma, CMD, SJVN, on various occasions from outside agencies, organizations and groups were donated.
